The park is literally on the doorstep of one of Wales’ most iconic visitor attractions, Lake Vyrnwy. Constructed in the 1880s, the spectacularly beautiful Lake Vyrnwy was one of the first stone-built dams in the world and supplies water to Merseyside.

Surrounding the lake is the important 24,000 acre RSPB national nature reserve with lots of wildlife to see and walking trails to enjoy.

Lake Vyrnwy also offers Boating, Watersports, Fishing, Horseriding, Cycling and a Hotel Spa
